I think the XXXXxxxx (coyrighted)could be a good seed. It went xx% sorry (copyrighted) I think it would be a great cross with the XXXxxxxxx (TM). The cross would look alot like the XXXxxxxx sorry that info belongs to someone else. I wish I never started growing these Xxxxxxx Xxxxx (TM) pumpkins.

Here's another scenario that is all too common in my alternate life as a research scientist.

Yes of course I would be happy to send you some of those XXXing seeds. I'm a nice guy wanting to promote the hobby.
However, you will need to first sign and return a simple MTA (material transfer agreement). And since the material used to cross to get seed XXX came from someone else for whom I had to sign an MTA, we would need to first get written permission from them and agree to their MTA conditons as well, and so on up the geneaology... O
h wait it says here in that actually I wasn't allowed to make that XXXing cross without permission. Looks like we're all getting sued!
