Hmm, well, how about the seed that produced the 1102; the 1159 Richards '07. I also believe this seed can still be purchased at pandpseed.com for $20. That's what I'd do, BF

A seed I like that produces some big round fruit is the 1689 Jutras, that seed there has produced many big, round and beautiful pumpkins.

Another seed I think produces the big round ones is the 664 Liggett.

The 1199 Werner (998 Pukos x 1161 Rodonis) is an exceptional fruit with a lot of the 998 Pukos just like the 1102 and 1159. It is a 2009 model, so it would be a bit of a progeny risk. Look at it and tell me it doesn't make you drool just a little.

I grew the 1102 Pukos, it was orange and round and heavy to the chart. Altho the plant did not grow big, only about 8 side vines on one side..could have been my soil, we had 14" of rain and well, maybe the good stuff washed away. It is not the 489.5 Fraley. I have a pic of it in my diary, Croley Bend..
