Just a quick question. Since AG's are almost always pollinated by hand and all modern day seeds come from the same line, could a potential genetic mutation remove the need for natural pollination by bees? Not really sure how it'd be possible but I thought it was interesting to think about.

The plant doesn't know if its being pollinated by hand or by bees so genetically it would still have the need to be pollinated

I was just thinking it would be the same way some people don't have wisdom teeth anymore.
