The purpose of this board is to sell things relating to growing big pumpkins. Hopefully it will help put some buyers and sellers together.

I am looking for a small, inexpensive tractor in good condition. At least 40 to 50 horsepower.

i've got a rear tine ariens and i've had it to jump 4 to 5 feet in the air when breaking new ground but... after its broke up its like a dream, you can really get some problems worked out in your head when you have a bunch of plowing to do, its kinda like meditating... i guess.. i have never meditated before but have seen people on tv do it.. i would suggest buying one with the tines going forward instead of one that runs backwards.. ive had both...

Thanks for the warning. I'm not looking for hard work...something to make it easier. Yes I do have to break new ground and you probably saved me a lot of $$$$$. Thanks again.

blkcloud, I never had a rototiller for the first few years in our new home, and brother let me tell ya even with the "front tine" tiller my wife bought me, it isn't nothing like hard pan dirt and a shovel when it comes to work! I damn near gave up on gardening while trying to open up the garden...

Hey, all... I am in the market for a FREE rotor tiller of any type. I am willing to take any rotor tiller off your hands if you live within 100 miles of 95682 area code. I'm poor this year and tired of tilling with a shovel.
:-D
Please email privately. Toby

I'll never forget while looking at a piece of farm property, I couldn't help but notice in the garage was a fron tine tiller and mounted right above the tines was a child's car seat. Yeeeeeeaaaaahhhh!
