If you look at his post, you have to be approved, so the tractors will be in the thousands of dollars.

Be aware of what they call "Grey Market" Tractors the are brought in from overseas and parts are hard to find for them.

Scam. Even though it says "free shipping", tell him you are in NC and will pick it up. Guarantee he will then tell you its over-seas (probably Europe) and suggest an escrow service- which happens to be fake, or Western Union-"the easiest way to lose money". I have followed up with eBay security several times about these auctions. They say they are aware of it. Eh, whatever....

Looks like the first one has already been shut down by eBay.

Grey market parts manuals exist. But don't expect the bona fide Kubota dealer to bend over backwards ordering thoise parts if he smells a "gray rat".

On another board I frequent, there is an "eBay scam of the day". Thats how common these crooks are now. If you have time for a long read, this is one of my favorite examples of a scammer becoming the scammed.

One should note that eBay doesn't sell anything. They provide the means by which dishonest people pull scams. They may bear some responsibility. But, most of the blame has to fall on the scammers themselves. To blame eBay would be like blaming the phone company for telephone fraud.
Ebay should be viewed with plenty of scepticism. Caveat emptor. Buyer beware. If buying something over the internet for a ridiculously low price from somebody who you can't see, contact, or verify exists, seems too good to be true, it probably is.

The first link you posted was pulled so maybe it was a scam, second post is still there though.

If you find a problem, the best kept secret on the planet is the E-Bay phone number! "Don't call us...we'll e-mail you....someday!"

Grey market tractors are fine. I have a yanmar f20d,4wd,,it is a orange JOHN DEER.
Years ago john d said to yanmar, "ill buy your engines and here is some money,,, now close your usa dealers"..they did.
If you want a good grey market tractor dealer,,, HOYE TRACTOR,,in Texas they got a web site. And parts,,,and books,,and english stickers. good people,,, They also have little flat bed "van cab" style trucks . and roto-cultivators.. GREY MARKET TRACTORS DO NOT HAVE ROLL OVER PROTECTION.
