People around here have horse manure... but they give them pills for "dewormer" what will this affect?

I would be red wigglers, not manure worms...just my opinion. Look on the internet, youcan find them.

start a worm pit or a worm bin outside ..... they'll show up or a bait store will get you started

the enc's will eat more for you, lager worm and great composters. i get mine from www.carolinapetsupply.com I have both the ef's ( eisenia fotieda) and enc's ( europeon nite crawlers), both do well but the encs eat tons more but reproduce a little slower, ef's are a little more tolerant to heat but the encs are fine if kept around 70 deg in their bedding.

Take a piece of cardboard. Wet it real good as well as the ground, place the cardboard touching the ground and two or three day they will appear under the board.
