By your results it would appear you are dealing with a lighter soil, you have amended with compost and or manure. I would add 30-50 lbs/1000 ft2 90% sulfur to try to lower the PH into the 6.9 range. Your levels of P, K, Ca and Mag are within the range. If you hace added recent manure or compost there is likely good availablility of the macro nitriants and Nitrogen. If you have not added any manure of compost recently, you may wish to consider adding a little P and K just for availability.
In addition I would definatly add 50 lb kelp and 20 lbs of Humic acidper 1000 ft2.

The humic acid will help your CEC, but because it is a lighter soil, I would think you may not have enough Nitrogen even with a 9.3% OM . Some composted chicken manure would be good here or in absence of that 8-10 lbs Ammonium sulfate per 1000 ft would be good.
