Copper and manganesse are easy to make toxic if applied in the wrong rates. for the last few years my soil tests have been showing a worsening copper defiiciency. I didn't just jump on any old application recommendation. I talked to a soil scientist at UMASS Soil Science before I decided to make any adjustment. Following his advice I was able to bring my copper into the optimal range.
So my suggestion is to call a university or soil lab and speak to a certified soil scientist. No real way to go wrong that way.

I've had low manganese (mn) levels for several years and was recommended to use a good micro-nutient foliar spray and keep up with it on a regular basis.
After fruit set, every 2nd time I foliar feed, I add a some micro-nutrient mix.
I was able to find a good product at a local hydroponic store, extemepumpkinstore also has a good product that should help.
