Hi to all the Aussie growers, What have you got in your patch at the moment and which weighoff you aiming for? I have about 600lb and lots of mildew. Had the hottest day and coldest day of the year both this week. as well The kiwis are talking weighoffs as well. Good luck to finish the season off. Cheers Clinton

Hay Clinton, we are not far off getting first frosts by the feel of the mornings last couple of days so that could put a end to the game sooner rather than later.

Is that on your 164 Welty plant? I germinated the 259.5* Welty plant that Nic used as the pollinator. Post some pics. I crossed one into a 1469 Checkon and I will plant one or two of those this year, so I'd love to see what you have going on that 164.

Hi guys, I was planning to take a pumpkin to the Cadell comp, but the floods last month changed that. I had water 2 foot deep all over my patch for 5 days, all my plants died and all the pumpkins started to go rotten. I got my 2 oldest pumpkins weighed these two pumpkins were grown on the same plant. The biggest was 240 kgs, 45 days old was still putting on 7 kgs a day, this one was on 15 ft on the main. The other one weighed 203 kgs 37 days old was still putting on 9.5 kgs a day, this was grown on a back vine 10 ft out. Good luck to every body who still has pumpkins going Cheers Phillip
