I have to harvest my 670 Daigle today. After the split day 45 the pumpkin has almost stop growing and now its started to rotten. Probably the weight have been more a few days ago cause the bottom of the pumpkin was almost djuice now.
However its my biggest pumpkin and 809 lb after 50 days is not to bad. The cross is with 1097 beachy and the seeds looks fine. The pumpkin was 7% heavy.

Decent sized fruit and the news that your 670 went 7% heavy sure makes me hope for my 670 to do the same...
BTW, what chart were you using, the one from 2003 or 2005? What were the final measurements?

Thanks. Martin, I use the chart from Book nr 3 I guess that is 2003. I couldn´t do any final measurement because the pumpkin had startde to collaps. I dont have the numbers here where i am now but the measurment day 50 gave 756 lb and the pumpkin was not growing after that at all.

Thanks Sophie but I still have pumpkins growing. My 1097 is doing well about 20 lb a day. I am not dead yet! LOL
