Is a local weighoff with a verified weigher and inspectors of the local pumpkin committee sufficient? Should they have any contact with the European weighoff's in for example Duisburg and/or Ludwigsburg? Is a public notary or somthing needed?

A notary is not needed, but it is recommend to spend a six-pack to the member of the jury who drop his foot on the scale.

Theo, I saw your pictures. Those are some nice looking pumpkins! Well done. I like the looks of Iwan's pumpkin too. Make mine look ugly. I got a new allotment (volkstuintje) last night. It is 285 m2. Gives me more than twice the room.

@HW: too funny.
I agree with Brad, nice pumpkin. The loading appears to be a bit martial.

Thanks Brad, for the compliments. Good luck in your now allotment, 285 m2 should be fine, I use only 97 m2 and that is fine for these two yellow and orange 'gigantjes' (small giants)on the diary. This diary is very user0-friendly, compliments for those who set up this site, really easy!
boehnke, spend a six-pack to the member of the jury? What do you mean?
With kind regards, Theo.

Heino, it was very much improvising, due to the sudden apearing of the tv team, but martial, sure. :-D The orange (may be 200kg) pumpin is the nicest, a second picture will be added later when weighing officially, without sic-packs!!! ;-)
With kind regards, Theo.
