Hi everyone.
Just a quick note for information. I just ordered the above from Amazon. I followed a link from this site to the US Amazon site and the book was listed at $29.95. I then tried to get it on the UK Amazon site and it was listed at £30. It was £11 cheaper to order it from the USA and that was with shipping included.
Just a thought if anyone was considering ordering it.
