Not having the best time of it theis year, but to top it off I cannot get a female pollinated...
After closer inspection of the male flower's there does not seem to have any pollen on the stamen...
They are bald a bit like my head :0( lol
Why could this be weather ? genetics ? something else.
Has anybody else come across this...Last year my male flowers were thick of the yellow dust!

That usually means the bees were there before you or you were too early. The pollen will only be on there for a few hours. Place a bag over the male and female the night before they open. That will make sure the bees don't get there before you. You should pollinate before 10 am generally speaking.
