Hey guys I'm new to growing giant pumpkins and would like to know where I can get some good genetic s pumpkin seeds from in the uk I have two slandered Atlantic giants at the min but would like some good seeds for next year

Three suggestions:

1) Have a look at the diary of for example IanP, and if you like the plants the Patons are growing, then you can shoot them an email (you can find the contact details when you click on the orange envelope which appears on top of each diary entry) and ask if they would mind to give you some of their seeds (usually you ask if you could send them a self-addressed bubble with return postage, so that they don´t have any expenses other than a couple of seeds). The same should work with other UK growers...check out their diaries.

2) Join the EGVGA.

EGVGA members will receive a big bubble with a seed promo from various EGVGA members (in addition to heaps of excellent Atlantic Giant seeds the seed promo usually contains a nice variety of seeds of other giant veggies such as marrows, beetroot, carrot etc., different stuff every year, but always excellent, great genetics), always a nice surprise in February.

3) Check out some entries in the seed exchange section of this message board. Some people offer seeds, so get in touch with them, ask if they still have some seeds available for a self-addressed (incl. return postage) bubble.
