I guess any records accessible here would be GPC results and I think the only GPC site in the UK is in Southampton. You would need to trawl results per year, then use F3 key to find UK entries but they would only be for the South. There have been many 1000lb plus pumpkins the merebrow event up North.

Did you get a weight then Mark?

I did wonder the other day as I read somewhere the essex record was claimed a while back, something to do with writtle college?
all I knew of until then was uk record.
I know of many 1000lb kins in the uk, but no info local.
guess growing in the uk is just so small still.
still no weight here, fright week should be finished tonight, so very soon.
I think there was an (all time) uk list a while back,
just not sure if anyone still compiles these lists?

I used to compile all country lists. The ipga.us compile top 10 lists for all US states, Canadian provinces and several other countries, but there is no list for the UK.
