my 905 has been in the ground since. 5/12,, plant isn't doing as well as i would like ,, but its still alive,, and growing ,, slow,, , just wanted to let you folks in the contest know.. it aint over till the frosty fall lady bites,, lol

My 905s are 12inchs apart growing slow the ground cables puked about 2 weeks ago,there vines are about 3-4 inchs long should hit the ground by mid week temps should be in the 80s soon.the 1362 looking much better with cables.Will be culling 1 in a week or so.It aint over till its over!!

My 905 is very very healthy.Looks really good.Like Handy said....still a long way to go....

The 905 is being grown in greenhouse and it just exceeded the 10 x 20 greenhouse and came outside. I grew my PB pumpkin there last year and now it looks good for a new PB in Squash. 20 feet long biggest vine, broadest leaves ever grown by myself! Check out pictures on growers diary of the 905!

Diary pics are too small to tell. i kinda of wished I would have done this contest but was alread on backup planting of squash and never figured I would loose two plantings. O-Well Good luck to all, will be watching

best of LUCK to all you folks still in the contest,,, pulled my 905,, it just wasnt growing,, to the pace required in this frozen north country,, only had a 14 inch vine when pulled, the 1177 haist has 5 foot main,, it got choosen

I have 2 set and they both also have really long stems.Hope they survive the hail damage from yesterday.
