Has anyone ever tried Leo`s 947 seed ?
Just wondering about trying a seed that has not seen alot of dirt.

This seed has a lot of potenetial. I planted it as a back up last year. I ended uo giving it to Shannon Langridge. It produced a nice dark green squash for her, althoug not that large as it didnt get their full attention.

The 947 has an interesting lineage. It's selfed 848* x 1231 Pukos pumpkin. Good stuff.

Hey Iwan, So it's like the 947 but instead of selfing the 1310 Pitura you crossed with the 895* Hester? That is interesting as well. Did you cross your 1088 with the nice green 800* Neily with the hole I see in your diary? I love the color on that one.

I am thinking on crossing my 1088 with the 1037.5 Jarvis from last year. Looks very good to me.
Any other thoughts? or should i start another post?
