So, have a lovely squash going. Great start... pollinated day it opened. Not so many bees, so did it myself. About 40 inches around. bottom end turning yellow. not squishy, but has stopped growing for the most part.. Did it not take? Confused AND should I cut and discard. Have another going which is bright green, healthy and looks great.. NO other girls to pollinate on this plant. None in the future it looks like either. NO disease. Help!

Pretty certain when a squash turns yellow it has aborted.

Thank you for the help. Not completely yellow, just yellow spots here and there, but will assume that it is done!
