We are going to have a family competition in 2017. We have several prominent big orange pumpkin seeds. We are going to have a third party but the pumpkins in envelopes labeled A,B,C only the third party will put in a sleazed envelope what seed is what. We will not know what plant we are growing until the end of the season. Being that we are trying for large orange pumpkins and I thought it would be evil but fun to slip a dark green seed in the mix. If you know of a consistent dark green producing seeds please let me know. If you are a prankster and have a few seeds that grow dark green please post as well.

wow. I hope you and your family....expecting big and orange and working all spring on the soil and early plant get a warty gourd seed as a "prank". Enjoy explaining that to your kid who told all his friends in school he was growing a giant pumpkin.
