It's suppose to go down to 1 deg tonight here in Central Ontario and 0 tomorrow night. I think we need to sacrifice a weatherman or two, just to appease the weather gods. They say the weather is going to be below average for the next two weeks.

Thanks for the heads up!!, Ya ive been keeping a very CLOSE eye on the weather since My plants have been outdoors, since they have gone out we had a light frosting and a few other nights between 0-4 c. Plants continue to grow well with help from Heat Rocks and lights placed in the hoophouse, Last night and all day today along with tonight the hoop house will remain covered with both a blanked and clear tarp. Temps outside are current 6 C and inside temps are around 11 C. Tonight is the last chance of frost for next 14 days as temps are going to slowly climb to day time highs of 16 for the next 3 days and by the weekend into the 20's, Ive still got 5 back-ups in the house here so not too worried.
