Yah! I set a new Personal Best tonight as my 812 Landry Pumpkin taped out at 183 OTT = 140 lbs! Last year my first year, my best was 137 lbs. So it wasn't much weight to beat but still I am very happy about it. Had to tell someone other than my family who have herd enough about my pumpkins, haha. Anyways, Good luck to all you growers out there, and hope your as happy with your pumpkins as much as I am. Have Fun and Grow big!

At about 105 and counting I've got a PB too. But, I'm a newbie. So, it doesn't count :-). Although, I did grow what was probably a 10 pound field pumpkin.
But, I guess you could say that the pumpkin I am growing now is the largest I've ever owned. I bought a 105 pounder last year after the Niagara Weigh-Off at Howell's pumpkin farm.

It all counts crammed...keep up the good work...my first year with store bought Dill seeds was only 190 pounds. You guys are learning and growing well...with plenty of time left the sky is the limit...

Awsome!! Ya my Father has new PB this year so far around the 165 lb mark on the 781.5 Landry and one around 155 on the 839 Hunt Last year his largest was 50.5 on a big max plant.
My PB is still yet to happen, This cold nights along with all the raint hat NEVER stops now has slowed my growth down a ton, the plants are still growing well but the fruits are slowing right down, Hopefully this comeing week with the warmer temps and warmer nights things start picking up

I think newbies are just as excited about breaking their PB than the big fellows. I currently have the biggest pumpkin grown by a Canadian (Ontario) in the Netherlands... I believe I'm the only one too, which makes such records a lot easier to break. My first pumpkin grown in Ancaster about 20 years ago was 200 lbs. This year I'm busy growing my fourth AG (now in Holland). It is now 329 lbs. Brad
