Upgraded for the counties of Waterloo/Wellington, CALEDON, INNISFIL - NEW TECUMSETH - ANGUS, York, Durham, Halton, Peel, LINDSAY - SOUTHERN KAWARTHA LAKES.

Weather radar at 5pm indicates that strong, possibly severe thunderstorms are occurring or imminent in these areas. Bes could occur in areas which receive heavy rainfall by early Friday morning.
