Nuts.com has it on their site at what appears to be a decent price. My 5 LB. bag was duty & tax free (so was my whole shipment because of what I ordered. Need to find proper rules for that) The 25 lb. bag should fall beneath the 20 Kg personal use limit if you want to split it. Plus when you go over a certain amount it is free shipping to Canada but mailed in Canada. (This is done using Puropost) I see in the reviews that an American pumpkin grower already knows about this site and source.
