Every year we support a bunch of clubs by buying seeds from them. We dont always need the seeds, hardly ever actually, but its our way( and of many others i guess) of supporting several clubs financing their weigh off or other club activities. Now in trading or getting seeds from other growers a thank you note is common and a curtious thing to do.

Several clubs we bought a seed from, stuffed it in a bubble and send it off. A thank you note would be appropriate and a good thing for every club to add. If you want people to support you and get more members, public relations is everything.!!

Just a thought for the clubs,,,its those little details that get the people in....

Yes ,, Tina & Frank . I agree . I spend my fair share supporting other auction as well. A thank you note is always pleasant to recieve..

Gotta agree 100%....we just wrapped up our auction and everyone gets a thank-you note...it really does not take a lot of time... I sure appreciate it when I get my winning bubbles!!

John Young, president of the Vermont Growers, advised people mailing auction winner seeds to include a thank you note.

If for some reason you won a lot in the Vermont Growers auction and didn't get a thank you note: THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR SUPPORTING OUR CLUB!!!
