Is there a best time of day to spray? And is there any useful thing to do with your last batch of CT? will my worms like it and would it help activate the compost? Talking about just a light spray.

Early evening is when the leaf stomata begin to open.

Feed 7pm to 11pm is the best--then your plants have all night to feed---rest and get ready to face the next day----feed some thing every day as you would feed your self--

Compost tea contains biology and some soluble nutrients, but you don't want to think of it as a fertilizer or feeding your plants. It will increase nutrient uptake through nutrient cycling, but that's not the same as putting straight nitrates on your plant. I've never heard of over application of compost tea (provided you're not overwatering or adding additional nutrients after brewing).
