Does anyone have their own worms and make the tea from the casting? If so does what you feed the worms determine the quality of tea. ie. a good balanced tea(bacteria,protoza and fungal tea)

I have three bins, all three have about 3 pounds of worms a piece. Check my diary out. I feed my worms mellons, coffie, anything organic...What you put in the TEA itself determines the quality of the tea, not what you feed the worms..If you want a tea abundant in bacteria you need to to emphasize sugars, a protein source and xtra minerals, for fungi more complex foods ie fish emulsion , soluble kelp and protein..

For an alround tea, its rather the brewtime and not what you feed the worms that counts Frank.
