What power Microscope would I need to look at different things in my compost tea.

200x total magnification would be a minimum in my opinion, you wouldn't need more than 400x total magnification. Most scopes come with a 20x and 40x already.

What's your budget for a microscope, I may have a few good sources to send your way.....I had to research this myself a little while back. :)
