I saw in a post here that bacteria need oxygen and food to grow and multiply. What if instead of using an aerator, you were to use straight oxygen to brew, eliminating some of the other gases in the air from an air pump? Just curious Being a welder, I have some oxygen tanks in my shop. To answer in case anyone asks, the oxygen used in a cutting torch and the oxygen used in a hospital come from the same place. The only diffrence is the actual hospital tanks are tested for purity after filling, but they are filled at the same time on the same manifold with the same pump. I actually used to fill oxygen tanks for a living!
