I have never made a tea brew before and have all he tools needed to do it. I got a Powerade display tub from a local store that should work very well and two air pumps.
I have read many recipes (which can make your head spin) but I havn't read anything on how long you brew it till it is ready to use.
Any advise anyone is willing to share would be greatly appreciated.

Joe,
Your brewing time will change based on your brewer design and recipe. This is where a microscope comes in handy. Most brewers will have an optimal tea between 24-36 hours.

Thanks Tad
What should I be looking for with the mircoscope?
Also what do you use for a recipe?

Do you have a microscope or were you considering purchasing one?
I can try and give you a recipe, what size is your container? No way to know for sure what will work best unless you test it though, either through a lab or with a microscope.
