Steer manure compost is fully composted right?
I'd go with 2-2.5 gal. of total compost, mixed 50:50 or 60:40 castings:manure compost.
Haven't done a bunch of testing in amounts, as we use a different food source, but I'd estimate 3-4 cups of molasses and maybe 2 cups of the alfalfa (meal would be better than pellets in tea, can you grind it up?).
Your 110 liter air pump....is that 110 liters/min? If so, that's not nearly enough for 50 gallons. I'd consider just doing a 10 gal. batch and then adding water to the finished tea (of course the recipe would change as well).
