In Poland? I have no idea! Ideally, what you want is unsulfured blackstrap molasses. If you can't find that, make sure that it's at least unsulfured, as the sulfur is a preservative to kill the microbes (the opposite of what we want when making tea).
In the United States you can find it at grocery stores or in larger quantities at feed stores.

Tad12 thanks In Poland rather not get Blackstrap molasses so the best?
I heard that it can buy in health food shop and fishing shop, and now I do not know that will be ok for the compost tea.

Not totally sure I understand the question, but if you can't get blackstrap molasses, get any molasses that is unsulfured, meaning there is NO sulfur added to it.
