Who has actually examined their tea under a microscope and counted bacteria and fungi? Last year I read someone's detailed account of doing this and I can't remember whose diary it was. Might have actually been posted on here under "compost tea." Can anyone steer me in the right direction? I'd like to learn how to make teas that are strong in fungi and others that have more bacteria and then learn when to use which. The postings I read were along these lines.

In regards to your tea, if it's high in both bacteria and fungi, you're putting the plant in charge. In my opinion, this is a much better approach for tea-making then trying to make a bacterial or fungally dominant tea.

Have been told that our patriarch, of Giantness, here in Kentucky...has the microscope deal set up!!! Has examined several different brews coming from several different Ky. brewers...was told that John VanSandBaggus's new recipe...ExtremeSuperDuperSpookJuice PLUS!!! is the way to go!!!
