THERE ARE MANY GREAT GROWERS LOCATED IN YOUR AREA. I IN GOOD FAITH WOULD NOT PUBLISH OTHER GROWERS NAMES WITHOUT THEIR PERMISSION HOWEVER I WOULD SUGGEST ----POST A MESSAGE ON THIS GENERAL DISCUSSION MESSAGE BOARD DIRECTED YOUR MESSAGE TO ANY AND ALL UNITED KINGDOM GROWERS
LIST YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS AND ASK FOR SEED REQUEST FROM ANY PUMPKIN GROWN OVER 1,000 POUNDS. YOU MAY BE SURPRISED AT THE QUANITY OF GOOD GROWERS IN THE UK

In addition to Pap´s good hint I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the seed itself is only one part of the story, and with other variables (soil analysis, watering, plant pruning strategies etc.) being at least as important as the genetics of the seeds, you might do even better if you looked for a good mentor in your area. BigPumpkins can also be helpful with this strategy, just have a look into the grower diaries from 2019 and 2018, you will find growers from the UK, and some of them even let you know where they are located. Then, when you´ve seen what they have grown, and which seeds might appear interesting to you, you can go ahead and send them an email (each grower diary has this little orange envelope icon in the top left corner, it contains their email contact details). By writing emails you pronounce your interest in their particular seeds, and you can promise them to actually grow their seeds, and you can even stay in touch with them whenever you have questions. You may refer to their diary entries (what they have done at what time of year), ask for their opinions of how necessary they would find the one or the other procedure for a first year grower etc. etc.

The Paton twins are the UK #1 without a doubt, look up IanP and his diaries. Ian and Stuart are super friendly and they will help you. I'd be happy to send you some seed too, look me up in the diary section.
