Wesley Howard Dwelly

OAKHAM - Wesley Howard Dwelly, 84, passed away on Saturday, May 22, 2021 in St. Vincent Hospital with his wife by his side.

"...His greatest interest however was in growing Atlantic Giant Pumpkins. In 2008 he won at the Topsfield Fair and that pumpkin was featured on the David Letterman Show. He and Marcia met many wonderful pumpkin growers over the years and enjoyed going to fairs and weigh-offs."

My Grandfather's and one Uncle's names were Wesley, so, hits home at first glance - Even if this had happened yesterday, I am sorry to hear of everyone's loss. What a great obituary comment to have been referenced by as well - eric gerry

Thanks for posting this, I had not seen it. A very nice man and a great pumpkin grower. I remember being at Topsfield the year he won.
