I have a 993 marked on outside of shell. Clear plastic shell with pad underneath seed clearly labeled. I have no genetics but if somebody could help me out I would appreciate it. T

The only notable 993 I can think of is the 993 Vincent-McGill 2008, 772 Poirier x 998 Pukos and mother of the 1059 VM - 2009, one of the best orange producers ever.

Do you know where you got it or where it came from?

The 993 VMG grew the 1059 VMG... arguably the most sought out orange seed of all time. It would be cool if that's what it was.

If it has the .2 at the end it's presumably the 993.2 v/m. If not it would be hard to tell without pictures, there's 20+ other 993's in the database.

Thanks for the pic Tom. The writing on the seed is identical. No idea where i got the seed from but it was in my stash bag. I only grow ORANGE and will wait till next year to try and grow it. Seems to be sealed in airtight silver dollar container. No other info. Was hoping it was V/M and am very familiar with 1059V/M. Thanks for the responses guys. T

Found where the seed came from and it is 993 V/M. Friend sent it along with some others because he knew I like trying to germinate older seeds. Thanks again. T
