Would a soil treatment use Imidacloprid or other fungicide do bad thing to mycorrhizae inoculated soil??

Forget Imidacloprid - I keep getting that confused with fungicide for some reason. The questions is do fungicides affect mycorrhizae? After all, they're fungi.
