Subject:  Big and orange is the new big and ugly

A few years ago you would go to a weigh off and see just a few really orange pumpkins and instead see mostly pink and white heavily cantelouped beasts. I would say we have almost done a complete flip flop now. Orange is now the more dominant color at many weigh offs. The link below is from the Ridgefield weigh off. IT is an orange lovers dream!

hi john definetely looks that way the last seed we got from america was i think about 2016 and the fruit i see here is probably still more on the white to dull orange range and congratulations on the pumpkin you grew this year great effort

2 more day until the biggest weigh off on our coast. Lets see how many orange ones there is! I'm hearing quite the buzz of a few really big big ones being weighed Monday! WR maybe,,,,
