It’s been a warm end to winter. For me it’s all about trying to hit a mild temperature for pollution with that in mind I’ll be starting on the 23rd!

I was dead set on a later than usual start of April 20, because last spring was so cold, but it's looking like the weather is going to be pretty warm, so I'm toying with revising it closer to April 10

Usually start germinating seeds April 15th. We may start our fair pumpkins around April 5th since the fair is the 2nd week of September.

I am going to start the germination process , on the 17 th , St Patrick's Day, so about 10 days earlier than usual , with a sept 2 weigh-off ,I am hoping to get 95 days of pumpkin growth for this year ..which would be a first for me

Dale M... Maybe skip the fair and leave it on for 120 days... you need to hit 2800 not 2700!
The earlier the better... go Jake!

I'm going to stagger my start times buy 2 weeks so the work is spread out a little. Probably start seeds on the 10th and 20th of April this year.
