We all know and acknowledge the things we are best at... but is anyone going to confront their fruit or vegetable nemesis, this year?
I'm worst at melons. I'm most afraid of the 150 square foot competition. Its silly, I know.
Winter entertainment for the rest of us, if you'd like to share.

Maybe the winter tomato grow is what I am most afraid of... the grow light that gave me the best result was a fire hazard, it almost caused an electrical fire. I've also been afraid of falling off a ladder when pruning a long gourd and sometimes my lifting apparatus for pumpkins is sketchy.
I think irrational fears are more interesting. The 150 square foot competition makes me subconsciously claustrophobic its like taking a normal plant and putting it in a coffin. I need to come up with a patch design that isnt long and narrow or, just accept & confront my fear. I am much happier with the idea of doing a 12.5 x 12.5 square. I'm officially neurotic.

I'm worst at squash. My squash PB is about half my pumpkin PB , so it seems logical that's what I'm worst at.
I'm most scared of Tall sunflowers honestly. It's a fairly rational fear though, because it sticks quite far out of the trailer when we bring it to the weighoffs, so it's pretty nerve-wracking
