and i get to measure a melon, just wanted to throw that out there.
it doesn't look like a weeny melon or longest skinnyish melon either
so what are some numbers day 10 15 20etc.. of some of the bigger melons out there
anything 225 plus numbers interest me

Its meauring time around here too Spence. Pretty Cool!! I'm at 8dap on the 260.5 Clements. I'm waiting for day 20 for numbers... I want to be suprised...I hope!! The 297 & 291 Kents are still vining out. Good Luck!!

You'll be happy with 50 lb on day 16 but bigger is better. That's close to a 250 lb end target wt.

How do you measure a watermelon on vine to get est weight?

yamaha490, the same ott measurement procedure you would use on a Pumpkin, cc=Circumference, ss=Side to side and fb/EE=front to back or End to end, aka, Stem to blossom end, add the three together and whala you have yer ott#.
