Roadent teeth marks could be anything from a mouse to a ground hog. Canine tooth marks more than likly coons. What did marks look like? I have had coons eat holes in melon and hollow them out.They will be back.

Coyotes are fond of melons. Our nieghbor has pics of the coyotes carrying them out of his patch.

I have seen bird peck on young melons and make marks similar to the marks on your melon.

Went fishing .but it looks like two fangmarks & a row of small teeth mark all three bites same pattern& a quarter size round .
