Results should be up a little later today. It was a great event with a great MC (Robert Burchette). The event ran flawlessly with the help of the growers, Brad Holder, Jessie Adkins and one very deft forklift driver, Sam Lovelace!

Congrats Chris. I was at the nc fair today and seen Chris's watermelon. It was quite impressive,I should say rather huge. At first I thought this melon must be over 300 lbs as it really dwarfed the others, but was surprise that there was only 30 lbs difference in his and 2nd place. Chris, was this a late setting melon? It really was huge!!
