What happend with the ofspings to the 350 kent ? I know chris and barbeetoo had one going but i never heard the finnal results on them ? Just suprised to find only one mellon from this seed bill foss 197.

If you take a peek in my diary you will see I took the long skinny 350 Kent to my county fair. Weight 187.5. Light to the chart (most super long skinny melons are) but good enough for first place and best in show :)

My 350 Kent had a few problems getting going good. But did get going. I ended up with 195. It wasn't taken to a weigh off.

Bill Neptune had one on the 350 but cut it off at about 250 pounds because he had 5 others at that time that were bigger.
Chris had one on the 350 that was 250 some thing that he took to a GPC weigh off and it didn't get put in the GPC list. He is looking into that.
