Hi Big Dogg, I was just looking at your diary. What do you call the type of graft you did. I have never done that one.

While I was researching grafting and grafting methods . I found this method on YouTube and it was demonstrated in another language. I named it the 2 cot axe blade or wedge graft. I liked it because you have vascular contact on 2 sides of the scion. Time will tell how it works. I planted all my plants yesterday. Good luck Big Moon.

My guess would be the language is Russian. Or maybe some other Eastern European language that is similar to Russian..

Looks like an easy way to do it. Squeezing the scion in the cleft like that gives you real good contact.
