I know Frank Mudd took a melon but he has not posted about it. Anyone know and care to share the results on here please ? It is not a GPC contest.

What's wrong Spencer... Don't want to put that you had your gf weigh a melon you grew? Those aren't how things went...

And that you had a melon off the vine and previously weighed 3 weeks ago and it gained weight?

Wait a minute...what? A melon grew since the first time it was weighed? How many pounds did it put on?

Check with TN state fair for official results. It is as I posted above.
and no melon has ever gained weight off the vine.

It wasn't when I left and all the melons were weighed. So you are saying you didn't bring 2 watermelons? She didn't walk over and take a picture with one on the scale? Keep lying... Just proves my point even more...

One was officially weighed and stayed for 3rd place. Just going to leave this matter here where it is and say congratulations to everyone who got a melon into the top 5!

I'm sure you want to leave it alone... So you are telling me you removed a 215 lb watermelon from second place and took the weight of a 206 lb watermelon that was registered in your girlfriend's name for 3rd place? Something doesn't add up there... And these melons were also weighed at Franklin county correct? You can't keep doing wrong things to people and just run from it and say it doesn't matter... I think something underhanded happened and you got nervous... Did you leave the 215 at the fair?

I'm waiting on a answer... So are others Spencer... Did you cheat and get scared the 215 wouldn't make it thru the fair? So if you didn't grow the 206 because your gf registered it in her name? So you weighed a melon you didn't grow? So you cheated? Or you had her weigh a melon you grew? So you cheated? Which is it? How did a melon gain weight that was weighed on August 18? I want answers...

No one has cheated The 215 as seen at tn state fair was another growers melon that suspected the previous weight might have been off at a previous weighoff and wanted an official 4x4 platform certified scale weighing of it. It was weighed and it was removed from the contest. This melon was weighed and then removed with the official weight being 215lbs meaning previous weight was accurate and we are now sure. Was this the correct way to get an official weight for other grower, maybe not, but only one melon (that was grown here) stayed for the contest officially at 206lbs.

You registered that melon in YOUR NAME! WEIGHED IT! ONLY AFTER THE CONTEST WAS OVER DID YOU REMOVE IT. YOU POSED FOR PICTURES WITH IT. YOU CAN TRY TO SAVE FACE ALL YOU WANT BUT YOU TRIED TO CHEAT. The other melon you and your girlfriend brought was registered in her name not yours. You put a weigh off tag on it and everything. At no point before the weigh off did you say you just wanted a weight for another grower. More lies...

How long after it was weighed was it removed from the contest? Over an hour? You never declared it as someone else's melon. You put a tag with your name on it on the fruit. Not until you are caught up with pictures from both places will you even acknowledge it. You are a cheater and should never in my opinion be allowed at a weigh off again. Who knows how many other times you've done this. I know you asked me for a melon to weigh at Hamilton Ohio last year and I told you no.

The "215" was weighed on a certified scale at a GPC event on a concrete slab and weighed 218 lbs. The melon went to chart. There was no mention of weights being off. I know honest isn't in your vocabulary obviously but this continued like you are telling... No one is believing it.

Apparently there are no certified scales in Alabama? So you have to haul someone else's melon a couple hundred miles to have it weighed at another contest? And register it? Wait til contest is over and remove it? Not buying it...
