The winning tomato this year at the Toronto Great Tomato Hunt weighed in at 4.78 pounds. No picture of it is yet available. The tomatoes this year were smaller in Canada as the summer was hot and dry according to my tomato source. No seeds are available as they display and then destroy the tomato. Marv

I have heard from a reliable source that there may be some big tomatoes entered at Port Elgin Pumpkinfest this year.

Sad to say my biggest so far is only 3.45 pounds. I have another that may be a little bigger when finished growing. I had lots of tomatoes around 3 pounds but none as big as I wanted. Marv

Well I ended with a 6.1 oz, but it was delicious! I will be growing that mother plant again...

With a dedicated 'growing zone' for them next season, look out! hehehe
