What temp are you sprouting at, and did you blotter or pot start?

Try for a consistent temp around 80-85f for tomatos, just a hair cooler than for pumpkins. Blotter sprout isn't as good for tomato unless you are just checking germ. Use a soilless pot mix and pre-wet 24 hours before you're going to plant the seeds, make sure the mix is moist not soggy. Cover with saran wrap or otherwise take measure to keep it from drying out. The cooler they are the longer it takes, also watch how deep you plant. I bury about 1-2x the size of the seed...

I put my tomato seeds on a paper towel and rap it in saran wrap and keep it moistto sprout them.
