Here is a video on one way to save seeds. What do you think? Do you do it another way?

That is almost the same way I do it. I just don't add sugar. The only downside is that it stinks something fierce after a few days. That just means its working.

I use plastic plates - no seed sticking - and I save 90% of the tomato for eating. I use basically the same method but with a few modifications that work better for me. I'm working on a slide show (no video equipment) and will post it when it's finished - might be a couple of weeks.

I just use water. then rinse. then drain most of the water and let the rest of the water evaporate. I leave the seeds in the plastic cup when they are dry shake to brake the seeds apart from each other. They stick less in a plastic cup
