Whats going on ya'll.i've always just let the bees do the work& never aid attention to blooms in past.so to hand pollinate i just rub them together?& how do you tell male from female they just look like dandylions no stamen and pistol unless i have'nt paid enough attention?

A tomato flower is a perfect flower, meaning the flower contains both the pistal and stamens. You could just tap the flower lightly to let the pollen fall off the stamens onto the pistal. The usually self pollinate.

You can also employ the method I do by vibrating the blooms with an electric toothbrush.

Simply touch the tooth brush bristles to the back of bloom while being careful not to damage it.
This method provides a very high percentage of pollination.
