I have a 4.57 MacCoy with a tri cot.
It seems like it also has extra leaves.
Any thoughts on whether this is a good thing, or potential problem?

No problem whatsoever. A genetic anomaly or mutation if you will that occurs on occasion.

Your plant is just fine.
